All our products will carry a 100% guarantee against manufacturing defects. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please bring the
problem to our immediate attention within 30 days of shipment for credit or
within 90 days for replacement.
GenuinerToner.com will not be liable in any event for any special or consequential damages whether arising from negligence, warranty or otherwise. GenuineToner.com and its suppliers accept no liability for damages resulting from the use of consumables in any manufacturer's equipment other than the vendor's normal warranties.
GenuinerToner.com
warrants all of its supplies for use in photocopiers, faxes, and printers. Each
product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines
as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
GenuinerToner.com also warrants that subject to
the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not
cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. If a
defect in one of these cartridges causes a machine to fail, GenuineToner.com will reimburse the customer up to $75.00 for service and repair. This
warranty is dependent upon the customer providing GenuineToner.com with
satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to a defect in the
Compatible or Remanufactured cartridge, including a written statement from an
authorized service company, stating the reason for failure. This statement must
be on authorized company letterhead, and dated and signed by the company's field
or service representative.
GenuinerToner.com's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or
reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all
other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any GenuineToner.com's cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a GenuineToner.com's representative, voids all warranties and releases GenuineToner.com.

GenuinerToner.com's limited warranty is void on all remanufactured cartridges that
are more than 90 days old from the date of purchase. For all claims of
defective products purchased from "GenuineToner.com", the customer must notify
GenuinerToner.com to obtain a RMA number for the defective product. See RMA Request
