find Create return request
at order details page and press Create button after filling
up.
Your return
authorization number will be processed within 48 hours. You should
receive an email telling you that we have mail out a Return
Authorization Memo to you within the next 3-7 business days.
Once you receive the form or return label, all you do is properly
packaged all products and ship promptly.

If we do not receive your return merchandise over 20 days from RMA
number issued date, your RMA request will be closed and we will
not be able to issue a refund.
If the
order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened,
we will not accept them back as they are no longer in sellable condition.
Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. All
non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new
condition and 20% restocking will be applied. Do not write anything
directly on the manufacturer's box when making a non-defective return
as the product must be in good, unmarked, resalable condition in
order to receive credit.
We will accept supply products for exchange within 90 days of products
removal for trade to other products. The customer is responsible
for non-defective return arrangements and freight charges.
Please
provide us test page when product is defective. It will speed up
to receive the proper amount of credit. Otherwise it may takes up
to 60 days from the date we received your return.
We will accept for the return of products purchased from us which
have been in the customer's possession for less than 90 days (from
the date of invoice) except for:
* Supplies that were damaged in the customers' possession.
* Supplies made for special order for the customer unless damaged
in shipment
* Specific product warranties precedence over this general return
policy.
Defective products should be enclosed in their original boxes and
all original manuals and accessories should be included. Incomplete
packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping
charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
The following guideline applies to orders where customers received
free shipping. Customers receiving free shipping will be credited
the full purchase price of all products returned less $7.95 for
shipping if their entire order is returned for a refund.
Customers
returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which
they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
Please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days
to apply your credit.
